About the experience

What should I expect at the event? BuzzAttack is an immersive show inspired by classic TV game shows. For 60 minutes, groups of 4-12 participants split into teams of 1-3 contestants and compete in a vibrant setting that recreates a retro TV studio, with podiums, lights, and screens. Guided by a charismatic artificial intelligence, players go through five games filled with humor, strategy, and pop culture. Ideal for families, friends, or team activities with colleagues.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors? This experience takes place in an indoor, air-conditioned space.
How long does the experience last? Visitors typically spend around 60 minutes in this experience.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on-site? No food or drink will be available for purchase on-site.
Is there parking available? Unfortunately, there is no parking available at the venue. We recommend using public transport, as the venue is well connected via Hoxton Overground and Old Street Underground stations, or using one of the nearby public parking facilities.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets? On the Fever app (Google Play, App Store). On the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets at the door? There will be a ticket desk on-site. However, tickets may be sold out upon arrival, so we recommend booking in advance.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else? Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free using the "Transfer Tickets" option in the Fever app.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, you can show your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app or via the QR code received in your confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? Check the "Tickets" section in the Fever app using the same account you used for the purchase. If you still can't find it, contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the change policy? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours before the event. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
Can I make a group booking? If you want to book for a large group, fill out the form here.
Can I add extra people to my group after I've already booked? Extra tickets for a group can be purchased once you arrive on-site, so long as the total number of players doesn't exceed 12. Please note the reduced group rate won't apply to this extra ticket.

About event accessibility

Should I arrive at the start of my scheduled session? We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the time on your ticket for check-in. Please note that entry is not allowed once the session has started.
What happens if I arrive late? If you arrive 15+ minutes after your start time, you risk losing your slot and not being able to play.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible? While the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility, including wheelchair users, the experience’s podiums might be too high for wheelchair users to reach. What items are prohibited? Can I smoke or vape? Cigarettes, vaping devices, and anything that may disturb other participants is prohibited. Bringing outside food or drinks is also not allowed.
Is the experience accessible for visually or hearing-impaired people? There is closed captioning throughout most but not all of the experience. Some quiz categories may also be more suitable than others, depending on how visually-based they are. Will there be strobe lights? There will be no strobe lights, but the show includes bright and flashing lights that may affect people with photosensitive epilepsy, and is not suitable for babies/toddlers.
Are there chairs available? This is a standing experience.
Where can I inquire about lost items? We recommend stopping by the venue and asking our staff, or contacting the venue at 07356279660.
Is there a cloakroom available? There is no cloakroom at the venue, but you will be able to hang up your bags and coats in your designated studio.
Is there an age limit? While there is no specific age limit, the minimum height is 130 cm and we don’t recommend babies/toddlers attending due to the experience involving flashing lights, loud sounds, haze etc. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult during the game, and those under 16 must have an adult present at the venue. All guests regardless of age will need their own ticket.
